How Marble Pack Technology Works
WIRE COMPRESSION
Glass marbles gently compress the upper layers of welding wire, helping ensure a single strand feeds from the drum at a time.
TANGLE PREVENTION
The added weight helps prevent wire from springing up due to its natural cast or helix and looping back onto itself—a common cause of bird-nesting and wire-feed interruptions.
FRICTION REDUCTION
As the wire feeds out, the rolling marbles help minimize resistance compared with contact against abrasive cardboard or uneven surfaces.
