LOW FUMING BRONZE

Low Fuming and Flux Coated Bronzes are general purpose brazing rods for use on copper alloys, steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys and is especially good for cast iron repair of cracks and flanges. Pre-heating is required on same base metals. Flux is required for bare rods. *USE Anti-Borax Flux PT# TAF A-B WHITE

ER70S-6 (MlLD STEEL)

ER70S-2 is a Triple Deoxidized welding wire for use on most mild steels. ER70S-2 yields tough, porosity free welds on all grades of mild steels, even through rust, light contamination and mill scale. The weld puddle of ER70S-2 is less fluid than other grades of mild steel, making it better for out of position welding. A popular choice for pipe welding

ER5356

ER5356 Aluminum is the most versatile general purpose welding wire for aluminum and is the proper choice for welds inteded for corrosive environments or marine usage. In addition to the base metals recommended for ER4043, ER5356 can be used on 5050, 5052, 5083, 5454 and 5458. Weld zone Must be properly prepared before welding

SILICON BRONZE

Silicon Bronze is a copper-silicon alloy used for the general fabrication and repair of most copper based alloys, as well as joining copper-zinc alloys to themselves and to mild and stainless steels. Especially good for use on galvanized and coated steels. Silicon bronze is also used for surfacing parts and areas subject to corrosion.

ER308/ER308L

ER308 and ER308L are general purpose austenitic stainless steel alloys, used to weld all 200 and 300 series stainless steels up to grade 308, with the exception of 307. Commonly used on tanks, boats, and farm equipment as well as build-up and repair of stainless shafts.

ER4043 ALUMINUM

ER4043 is a versatile general purpose aluminum welding wire and is the to most USER FRIENDLY wire for general repair and fabrication. Strict cleanliness and preparation of base metal MUST be followed to ensure success when welding aluminum.

TENSILEWELD "SUPER ALLOY"

Tensileweld is a super strong stainless steel based alloy, designed to weld most types of iron based steels. The high levels of Chromium and Nickel give it the unique ability to join nearly all forms of steels, dissimilar metal combinations, unknown steels, fatigued steel, spring steel, repair of tooling, dies, molds, shafts, and as an overlay for corrosion resistance. (Not for use on white metals such as aluminum or magnesium or on titanium) *TENSILEWELD is a registered trademark of Washington Alloy Co.

ER309/309L STAINLESS ROD

ER309/309L is a general purpose austenitic stainless alloy used on all 200 and 300 series stainless, as well as 405, 410, 430, 442, and 446. The higher levels of nickel and chrome make it suitable for any combination of these alloys and on dissimilar combinations of iron based steels

ER316/316L STAINLESS ROD

ER316/316L is the “food grade” stainless because of it’s resistance to chemical corrosion and hot fats commonly found in food preparation. Used for welding 316, 316L, 318, and 319L stainless steels. Although its use may be at elevated temperatures, such as deep fryers, it is an austenitic stainless and should not be preheated prior to welding.

RG-45 MILD STEEL

Commonly called “Muffler Rod”. RG-45 is a mild steel rod used for manufacturing and repair on a variety of low to medium strength steels. RG-45 produces a good quality weld that is ductile, machinable and porosity free. Ideal for sheet metal, pipes, castings and structural shapes. Can also be TIG welded.
